11th June – AGM and talk

The AGM of The Friends of St Augustine’s will be held in the church at 2pm on Thursday 11th June. and will be followed by refreshments before
at 2.45pm by a talk by Chris Berry on the stones and materials used to build St Augustine’s. This will be a very interesting talk about the history of the ‘new’ St Augustine’s built in 1865.
Dr Chris Berry is a palaeobotanist and Senior Lecturer at Cardiff University. He is also the assistant organist at St Augustine’s.
Entry will be £5, £3 for members of the Friends.
