13th July – a talk on the memorial stones

On Thursday 16th July at 2.30pm in St Augustine’s Church, Tom Blenkinsop will give an illustrated talk on the geology of the materials used for the memorials in the churchyard. Tom is a structural geologist and Professor in Earth Science at Cardiff University.
Entry is £3, £3 for members of the Friends.
