Bat Walk

On Saturday 27th September about 36 people, including 6 children, defied the prospect of rain (and the lure of Strictly Come Dancing) on a cold windy evening and came to St Augustine’s for the Bat Walk led by Jess Dangerfield.

They enjoyed the spectacle of the bats flying around at both the back and the front of the church and hearing the clicking responses on the bat detectors handed out by Jess.
