On 4th September in the Parish Hall, Albert Road, about 50 people gathered to hear Marcus Payne will give a talk in the Parish Hall, Albert Road on the effect of World War 2 on Penarth.
Marcus’s interesting talk came right up to date with the finding of World War 2 incendiary bombs in a garden in Plassey Street just a few weeks ago.
The effects of the war are still being felt in Penarth.
