On , 5th March in the Parish Hall, Chris Riley gave a very interesting talk on the stained glass windows at St Augustine’s and the stories behind them.

Stained glass windows are not uncommon in churches and often get just a cursory glance.  Investigating the the stories behind them tells a lot about the history of the town and the people who lived there, but there are some things that cannot be fully explained.
