D. A. Vernon Beere
David Albert Vernon Beere was born in 1924, the son of Basil Clifford and Gladys Ethel Beere of Penarth. He served in the 17th Battalion, the 7th Rajput Regiment with the rank of Lieutenant. His service number was EC/8641. David died on 25th June 1946 aged 22 and is buried at Karachi War Cemetery 8. B. 10.
