M. John Garrett
Maurice John Clive Garrett was born in 1925, the son of Clive and Dorothy Nellie Garrett of Penarth. In 1939, Clive and Dorothy N Garrett lived at “Gayton”, Lavernock Road.
John served in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, 49 Squadron with the rank of Flight Sergeant. His service number was 1805125. John died on the 22nd April 1945 aged 20 and is buried in Penarth Cemetery, Sec. E. Grave 877.
