Frank W. Heap
Frank William Heap was born on 30th October 1913, the son of Alice Heap and her husband. In 1940, Frank married Vera C Frampton. In 1939, Alice, a widow and Frank W Heap, a railway accounts clerk lived at “Glantivy House”, Railway Terrace .
Frank served in the 46th (The Liverpool Welsh), Royal Tank Regiment, R.A.C. His rank was Trooper and his service number was 7924570. Frank was killed in action some time between 22nd and 24th July 1942 aged 30 and is buried in El Alamein War Cemetery, Joint grave XXV. H. 15.
