Douglas G. England
Douglas George England was born on 5th January 1923, the son of Samuel George and Dora England, of Penarth. In 1939, Samuel, Dora and their sons Douglas, a railway junior clerk, and Alan lived at 15 Church Place South.
Douglas served in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve with the rank of Flight Sergeant (Pilot). His service number was 1339034. Douglas died on the 5th February 1944 aged 21 and is buried in Rabat European Cemetery, Mil. Plot 21. Grave 675.
