William Bohllen
William Henry Bohlen was born in 1909, the son of Henry and Harriet Bohlen of Penarth. In 1939, Maud D Bohlen, a married woman born 1913, and Joan Bohlen (later Sadler), born 1935 lived at 25 Salop Place.
William served in the Royal Engineers, 246 Field Company, with the rank of Serjeant. His service number was 2057831. William died on 15th July 1940 aged 31 and is buried in Penarth Cemetery Sec. B. Grave 442.
