Francis C Lock
Francis Cornelius Lock was born in Penarth in 1886 and was baptised in Roath on 12rh September 1886, the son of Francis Cornelius Lock, a Custom House Boatman and Amelia Arthur of Stanwell Crescent, Penarth. In 1901 he was living at 3 Stanwell Crescent with his parents Francis and Amelia and siblings Thomas, Philip, Amelia, Matilda and Ellen and was employed as a telegraph messenger. By 1911 Francis was a Post Office clerk and lived at 23 Clare Street with his wife Winifred and son Leo.
