Frank Goddard
Frank was born in Penarth in 1889, the son of Thomas and Jane Goddard of 11 Paget Terrace, Penarth. He was a general labourer in 1911. Frank served in the 12th Battalion, the South Wales Borderers with the rank of Private (service number 24438). He died of wounds on 16th June 1917 and is buried at IV. K. 12., Fins New British Cemetery, Sorel-Le-Grand. He formerly served in the Welch Regiment (service number 39076).
